Seller and Buyer are hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

2. SCOPE

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale, delivery and other matters by the Seller to the Buyer of the products ("Products") specified in Article 3 below, which the Buyer wishes to purchase by placing an order from the www.purissimaalba.com electronic commerce website ("Website").

3. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT AND THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS

The type and kind of products , quantity, brand/model, color and sales price including all taxes are specified on the product promotion page on the Website.

Prices announced on the Website are valid until updated. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

The sales price of the Products subject to the contract , including taxes, is given in the table below:

6. MATTERS OF WHICH THE BUYER WAS INFORMED IN ADVANCE

The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the relevant information texts on the Website and the Preliminary Information Form sent to him/her before the Contract is established regarding the following matters:

  • Basic characteristics of the Products subject to the contract

  • Seller's title, full address, contact information

  • Total price of the Products including all taxes and delivery costs

  • Payment and delivery terms

  • Information regarding the Buyer's right of withdrawal

  • Right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board

7. DELIVERY

  • The products will be sent by the Seller's contracted cargo company for delivery within 14 days .

  • If the recipient or the person to be delivered is not found at the specified address, the Seller is not responsible and the new delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer .

  • The Buyer is responsible for checking the Products before accepting them . A report must be kept for damaged or missing deliveries.

8. PAYMENT

  • The price of the Products is determined based on the prices stated on the Website .

  • The Buyer accepts the payment obligation upon confirmation of the order .

  • For payments made by credit card, the refund period may take up to 2-3 weeks due to bank processing times .

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete, unused and with the invoice .

  • Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

    • Personal care products

    • Underwear and swimwear products

    • Cosmetics (if opened)

    • Custom made products

10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

  • The Buyer may submit his complaints through the Seller's communication channels .

  • Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction .

11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  • The Buyer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 .

  • The seller undertakes not to share personal information with third parties .

12. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

The parties agree that the Seller's records are binding and will serve as evidence in the event of a dispute.

13. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement shall enter into force and become binding on the parties when approved electronically by the Buyer .
