In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can access the return and exchange conditions of the products you have purchased from our website from the links below.
In order for us to provide you with faster service, please do not send cargo without contacting us for return or exchange requests.
GENERAL
If you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase .
Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the buyers .
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 14 days . If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract. Since our product category is within the scope of evening dresses, returns are not accepted. Only changes are made if the size and color do not match.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If the purchased product cannot be supplied, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning about this situation and to refund the total price within 14 days at the latest.
Returns and exchanges cannot be made for orders placed outside of Türkiye.
IF THE PRICE FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID
If the buyer does not pay for the product he purchased or cancels it in his bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS
If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure reasons that the seller cannot foresee, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may cancel the order, request that the product be replaced with a similar one, or request that the delivery be postponed until the obstacle is eliminated.
If the buyer cancels the order; If the payment was made in cash, it will be refunded within 14 days . If the payment was made by credit card and is cancelled, it can be transferred to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks due to bank transactions .
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
The buyer must check the goods or services that are the subject of the contract before receiving them; they must not accept crushed, broken, torn, damaged or defective products . The goods received are considered to be intact.
After delivery, the product must be protected with care, and if the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
CHANGE RIGHT PERIOD
The buyer has the right to change the services he/she has purchased within 14 days . The right to change cannot be used in contracts where the service has started to be performed with the approval of the consumer.
Exchange costs are the responsibility of the seller.
For exchange requests, written notification must be made within 14 days via registered mail, fax or e-mail.
CHANGE CONDITIONS

The seller is obliged to accept the product within 10 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the exchange notification .

In case of loss of value due to the buyer's fault or if the product cannot be returned, the buyer is obliged to cover the damage.

The box, packaging and standard accessories of the products to be exchanged must be complete and undamaged.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The following products cannot be returned and can only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged:

Underwear bottoms, swimsuits, bikini bottoms

Make-up materials, personal care products

Products that are perishable or have a short expiration date

Disposable products

Unpackaged health and hygiene products

Digital content presented electronically

Personalized products made to order
Evening dresses cannot be returned, but size or color can be exchanged.
DEFAULT EVENT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The Buyer accepts that if he/she defaults on payments made by credit card , he/she will pay interest within the framework of his/her agreement with the bank and will be liable to the bank.
In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action and collect the resulting expenses from the buyer.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Credit card payment options are available on our website, either as a single payment or in installments.
For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order.
